My wife always wanted to try yoga, but wasn't sure it was up her alley. She was able to use the new member trial deal (best stocking stuffer ever) for less than $50 and go as many times as she wanted the first month. She came back raving about the whole experience. I am sure she had ample enough flexibility to strike the poses without too much assistance, but she didn't feel intimidated at all--quite the opposite. She went back for several more sessions and was just generally more calm, relaxed and healthy feeling. With a toddler tearing the house apart that is not a small feat. I stopped by recently to see the facilities for myself and although I am not brave enough to take the plunge myself I was extremely impressed by the atmosphere, essential oil scent, the floor space, the lighting, and the props available for all participants. Send your wife, sister, mother, girlfriend, or daughter here if you want the women in your life to think you are a swell guy.
